The Nest Residences is a comprehensive, proof-of-concept branding campaign for an urban apartment complex tailored to young professionals. The campaign established a cohesive brand vision, including logo and web design, and compelling copy. To ground the messaging, I created audience segmentation and personas that defined the target market by demographics, psychographics, and behaviors. This research shaped the brand story and ensured the copy spoke directly to the aspirations and lifestyle of Gen Z and Millennial renters.
